They have six different programs and initiatives to help people experiencing different types of hardships. It is both a hotline and a website designed to guide those in need to local resources. The hotline runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can call any time. It’s called MyFreeTaxes and provides free tax preparation to those that make less than $62,000.
